1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Tags must be intact and the original packaging included
- Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
Final sale items, customized jeans, or promotional giveaways are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return shipping address.
Please do not return any item without prior approval.
3. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product.
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item free of charge (one-time exchange per order).
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. International Returns
We accept international returns under the same conditions, but customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs duties. Please mark the package as “Return Merchandise” to avoid additional import fees.
